1 <br />STANDARD LICENSE TO USE CITY PROPERTY <br />This Standard License to Use City Property (“License”) is made as of the Effective Date in <br />Part A below and is between the City of Everett, a Washington municipal corporation (the “City”), <br />and the person identified as Licensee in Part A below (“Licensee”).
