No connection to the existing mains will be allowed except by means of an approved backflow <br />prevention device prior to satisfactory flushing, testing, disinfection, and receipt of satisfactory <br />bacteriological test results. <br />2. Connections to and taps on existing mains will be made by the Public Works Department at the <br />developer's expense. The Public Works Department shall be given at least 5 business days notice for each <br />connection.
