In the event that a test(s) fails to meet the Report's recommendations or if the project conditions differ from the approved project documents <br />made available to MTC at the time of this estimate, the test shall be referred to the Geotechnical Engineer of Record for resolution. <br />2. All of MTC's services will be provided on a time and materials basis and this estimate does not constitute a guaranteed cost for our services. Actual costs will be based on <br />the contractor, the project schedule, and sequencing. A (3) three-hour minimum charge applies to all work MTC peforms and will be billed on a portal to portal basis. A <br />premium overtime rate of one and one-half (1 ½) times the regular rate will be charged for all work in excess of eight (8) hours per day, as well as for night work (work prior to <br />6:00AM, and after 6:00PM) and Saturday work.
