Septage haulers shall utilize a waste tracking form (manifest) provided by the
Director for every load discharged. Any discharge without a manifest form is an
unauthorized discharge and the hauler will receive an administrative fine of not
less than $5,000, and may have their discharge permit revoked or suspended.
D. Wastewater discharge permit fees for liquid waste haulers shall be established and
charged in addition to license and volume fees charged under Ordinance 801-81,
as amended.
