Laboratories must be <br /> accredited for the analyses for which they are performing. <br /> To ensure that the reported data is valid for determining compliance with requirements, <br /> all data shall have a detection level (DL) no greater than twenty-five percent (25%) of the <br /> regulatory limit included in this ordinance or applicable State or Federal regulation.
