If you have any questions regarding the comments/redlines or need anything further, <br />please directly contact this project's Public Works plans reviewer, Thad Newport, at <br />TNewport@everettwa.gov (or 425-257-8814), or the other reviewers listed depending on the scope of <br />the question. Please note that these comments are compiled from Public Works reviewers for the Public <br />Works (civil) plans only. The applicant team may receive a separate comment letter from the Building <br />Reviewer and/or the Planning Reviewer for architectural, landscape, or other types of drawings. <br />1. Please resubmit the following items to the Permit Services Counter with your resubmittal once all <br />requested revisions have been made: <br />a. Transmittal Sheet: (1) available at the Permit Counter (and included herein for your use upon <br />resubmittal). <br />b. Plans: (2) full size sets of revised plans. <br />The Permit Counter is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am-12:00pm and from 1:00pm-4:00pm (closed <br />between 12:00pm-1:00pm for lunch). <br />2. Please update the following details to the most current version which can be found on the City's website <br />here: https://everettwa.gov/1531/Design-Construction-Standards. <br />a.
