The drawing set and structural calculations should clearly indicate the building address that the storage racks <br /> are to be installed.The address indicated on the drawings and calculations appear to be for a different project. <br /> Please update the drawing set and structural calculations, as required. <br /> 2. The drawings should indicate special inspections for anchors post installed are required to be performed per <br /> Chapter 17 of the IBC(Table 1705.3).When special inspections are required,the owner, or the registered design <br /> professional in responsible charge acting as the owner's agent, should hire an independent testing/inspection <br /> agency to perform the required special inspections. Special inspection reports should be made available for the <br /> City of Everett Building Inspectors at the time of inspection. <br /> Please use the Online Permitting Portal to check the status of all reviews.
