When on site, I <br /> reviewed the project SSK-1 and ESR Report 4266. <br /> I verified that the approved anchors were installed to the required embedment depth of 4 1/2 inches with spacing/ quantities as per SSK-1. <br /> I used a calibrated torque wrench to verify tightening torque on the anchor nuts and found that the nuts were tightened to at least 40 foot <br /> pounds. <br /> Today, I inspected the installation of a total of 8 anchors.
