RXK Power Requirements <br /> Domestic RXK series racks require 208-230 VAC,single phase, 60 Hz,power for a 26 amp motor <br /> International RXK series racks require: <br /> • (for-215E models) 208/230 VAC,single phase, 50 Hz,power for a 26 amp motor <br /> • (for-216E models)208/230 VAC,single phase, 60 Hz,power for a 26 Amp motor <br /> • (for-435E models) 208/230/400/460 VAC,three-phase, 50 Hz, power for an 18 Amp (208/230 VAC) or 9 Amp(400/460 <br /> VAC) motor <br /> Circuit breakers should be sized according to local electrical codes. The power supply must be within 10 ft(3048 mm)of <br /> the control console. <br /> 1.3.1. Intrinsically Safe Circuit <br /> For all USA and Canada,flush-mount RX lifts,intrinsically safe circuits provide intrinsically safe circuit extensions for use in <br /> Class 1,Groups D,T4, hazardous(classified) locations or Class 1,Zone 0 and 1,group IIA, hazardous(classified) locations <br /> when connected per Panel Control Drawing No. 220-44. <br /> For surface mount RX12K models circuits provide extensions for use in Class 1, Division 2, Groups D,hazardous locations <br /> when connected per Panel Control Drawing No. 220 45. <br /> 1.4. RXK Air Requirements <br /> The customer must provide a low pressure air supply between 130 PSI (8.96 bar) minimum and 150 PSI (10.3 bar) <br /> maximum. Rack only requires 90 PSI (6.2 bar), but jacks require 130 PSI (8.96 bar)for full capacity operation. <br /> 1.5. RXK Grout Requirements <br /> Grouting is required before the installation is complete. Grout is shipped with the lift.Additional grout can be ordered from <br /> Hunter if required. <br /> If ordering additional grout does not meet time requirements,locally source non-shrinking grout rated at 3000 PSI (20,685 <br /> kPa/206.8 bar) in 24 hours minimum and 7000 PSI (48,265 kPa/482.6 bar) in 30 days minimum <br /> 1.6.
