When on site, I reviewed the project SSK-2 <br /> and ESR Report 3814 for Hilt HIT-RE 500 V3. <br /> Holes for the epoxy anchor bolts were drilled to at least the required depth of 6 inches into existing concrete. I observed the cleaning of the <br /> holes with compressed air and bottle brush by the blow brush blow method prior to placing epoxy. <br /> Hilti HIT-RE 500 V3 epoxy with an expiration date of 02/28/2025 was placed in the hole with a nozzle to reach the bottom and with slow <br /> upward movement while pumping the epoxy. The contractor installed the anchors in the holes with twisting motion to complete one rotation <br /> while reaching the embedment depth of 8 inches. <br /> I observed the installation of 24 anchors.
