“Stripe Financial Connections Services” means the Services that enable you to verify End User <br />financial accounts and the option to receive Connections Data. <br />“Stripe Identity Services” means the Services that enable Stripe to collect and verif y, and <br />Stripe and you to store, information regarding individuals for the purpose of verif ying the <br />identity of those individuals. <br />“Stripe Identity Services Documentation” means the Documentation, along with other <br />documentation that Stripe makes available to you (including via email and the Stripe <br />Dashboard), relating to the Stripe Identity Services. <br />“Stripe Issuing Account” means the account an Issuing Bank maintains for a Stripe Issuing <br />Accountholder, and each subaccount to that account. <br />“Stripe Issuing Accountholder” means a business or organization that has successfully <br />completed the onboarding requirements described in the Stripe Issuing Accountholder Terms <br />and been approved for a Stripe Issuing Account. <br />“Stripe Issuing Accountholder Services” means Services that Stripe and its Affiliates make <br />available to Stripe Issuing Accountholders, on behalf of Issuing Banks, and related Stripe <br />services, including (a) integration with Issuing Banks; (b) providing Stripe Issuing <br />Accountholders with access to Cards; (c) enabling Stripe Issuing Accountholders to manage <br />Card spend; and (d) other services described in the Stripe Issuing Accountholder Terms. <br />“Stripe Issuing Administrator” means the individual that a Stripe Issuing Accountholder <br />appoints to manage its participation in the Stripe Issuing Programs. <br />“Stripe Issuing Platform Services” means the Services that allow you to co-market the Stripe <br />Issuing Accountholder Services to your Platform Users and provide access to the Stripe <br />Issuing Accountholder Services to Stripe Issuing Accountholders. <br />“Stripe Issuing Program” means Card issuing services that the applicable Issuing Bank <br />provides under the applicable Issuing Bank Terms, together with the Stripe Issuing <br />Accountholder Services. <br />“Stripe Issuing Program Guidelines” means all product design, marketing, compliance, <br />reporting, and other guidelines and requirements Stripe and the applicable Issuing Banks <br />establish related to the Stripe Issuing Services, as updated from time to time.
