“Third-Party Service” means a service, product , or promotion provided by a third party that <br />utilizes, integrates with or is ancillary to the Services. <br />“Transaction” means a Payment Method transaction request initiated via the Stripe <br />Technology through which Stripe is directed to capture funds for or from a payer ’s associated <br />account with respect to a payment from a Customer to you, and includes the authorization, <br />settlement and if applicable, Disputes, Refunds and Reversals with respect to that Payment <br />Method transaction request. <br />"Treasury Authorized User" means an individual that a Stripe Treasury Accountholder <br />authorizes to use the Stripe Treasury Services. <br />“Treasury Bank” means a bank insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation through <br />which a Stripe Entity holds Stripe Treasury Accountholder funds. <br />“Treasury Regulatory Requirements” means Law, the rules of the Treasury Transfer Networks <br />and the PCI Standards. <br />“Treasury Transfer Networks” means the electronic funds transfer networks the Stripe <br />Treasury Services uses, including the ACH Network, credit card networks, and debit card <br />networks. <br />“Update” means a modification, feature enhancement or update to the Services or Stripe <br />Technology that requires you to take some action, which may include changing your <br />implementation of the Services or Stripe Technology. <br />“User Affiliate Reserve” means funds described as a reserve by Stripe, which a Stripe Entity <br />holds as security against liabilities that any User Entity incurs under its agreement with a <br />Stripe Entity. <br />“User Bank Account” means a bank or other financial institution account you identif y to Stripe. <br />“User Compliance Information” means information about you that Stripe requires to comply <br />with Law, and Governmental Authority and Financial Partner requirements, and may include <br />information (including Personal Data) about your representatives, beneficial owners, principals <br />and other individuals associated with you or your Stripe Account. <br />“User Financial Information” means (a) information about you that Stripe requires to assess <br />your business and financial condition and outstanding credit exposure, including financial <br />statements (and, where applicable, unaudited management accounts including a profit and
