Everett, WA. 98208. <br />EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br />#2024-1113 <br />This project has been balanced per plans and specifications using the National Environmental Balancing <br />Bureau (NEBB) standards and procedures. <br />There are (1) existing ERV-2, and (4) FCUs, that are serving Edward Jones Brance #98316 of the city <br />Everett, Washington, have been checked for operating amperage, voltage, and operating static pressure. <br />All outlets and inlets have been balanced for actual airflow as shown on plans and specification unless <br />otherwise noted. <br />Reduce drawings are attached to this report with numbered outlets for locations. <br />Note: <br />Fan Units: <br />1. ERV-2: This existing Heat Recovery Unit serves the four fan coil units. The Supply Fan ERV-2 was <br />designed 440 CFM. The total actual outside airflow was 470 CFM (107%). The Exhaust Fan ERV-2 <br />was designed 440 CFM. The total actual exhaust airflow was 435 CFM (99%). The ERV Supply and <br />Exhaust has only one speed control, which will be used to increase or decrease at the same time with <br />the same speed. The ERV-2 fan speed was set at low speed (see TAB report for more information). <br />2. FCU-1: This fan coil unit serves the break room, and small conference rooms. The supply airflow <br />achieves 1,895 CFM of design 1,800 CFM (107%). The return airflow achieves 1,695 CFM of design <br />1,800 CFM (94%). The thermostat fan speed was set at High speed. <br />3. FCU-2: This fan coil unit serves the branch support, offices, and equipment/supply rooms. The <br />supply airflow achieves 1,015 CFM of design 1,070 CFM (95%). The return airflow achieves 860 <br />CFM of design 1,070 CFM (80%). The thermostat fan speed was set at Medium -High speed. <br />4. FCU-3: This fan coil unit serves the welcome area, and medium room. The supply airflow achieves <br />1,075 CFM of design 1,070 CFM (100%). The return airflow achieves 995 CFM of design 1,070 CFM <br />(93%). The thermostat fan speed was set at Medium -High speed. <br />Page 5 of 49 <br />
