Everett, WA. 98208.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
#2024-1113
This project has been balanced per plans and specifications using the National Environmental Balancing
Bureau (NEBB) standards and procedures.
There are (1) existing ERV-2, and (4) FCUs, that are serving Edward Jones Brance #98316 of the city
Everett, Washington, have been checked for operating amperage, voltage, and operating static pressure.
All outlets and inlets have been balanced for actual airflow as shown on plans and specification unless
otherwise noted.
Reduce drawings are attached to this report with numbered outlets for locations.
Note:
Fan Units:
1. ERV-2: This existing Heat Recovery Unit serves the four fan coil units. The Supply Fan ERV-2 was
designed 440 CFM. The total actual outside airflow was 470 CFM (107%). The Exhaust Fan ERV-2
was designed 440 CFM. The total actual exhaust airflow was 435 CFM (99%). The ERV Supply and
Exhaust has only one speed control, which will be used to increase or decrease at the same time with
the same speed. The ERV-2 fan speed was set at low speed (see TAB report for more information).
2. FCU-1: This fan coil unit serves the break room, and small conference rooms. The supply airflow
achieves 1,895 CFM of design 1,800 CFM (107%). The return airflow achieves 1,695 CFM of design
1,800 CFM (94%). The thermostat fan speed was set at High speed.
3. FCU-2: This fan coil unit serves the branch support, offices, and equipment/supply rooms. The
supply airflow achieves 1,015 CFM of design 1,070 CFM (95%). The return airflow achieves 860
CFM of design 1,070 CFM (80%). The thermostat fan speed was set at Medium -High speed.
4. FCU-3: This fan coil unit serves the welcome area, and medium room. The supply airflow achieves
1,075 CFM of design 1,070 CFM (100%). The return airflow achieves 995 CFM of design 1,070 CFM
(93%). The thermostat fan speed was set at Medium -High speed.
