Nice to 'meet' you. Edward Jones has asked us to bid this project and they intend to <br />award it to us as the GC. After discussing the plan review details with Audrey, it was <br />determined that our valuation is coming in significantly less than what the architect <br />submitted. Our bid valuation is $420,000, and we believe that the permit fees should be <br />adjusted down accordingly.
