<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 4058-24 <br /> <br />An ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled “Grand Avenue Park Pedestrian <br />Bridge” Fund 303, Program 103, as established by Ordinance No. 3696-19. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />A. The special improvement project entitled “Grand Avenue Park Pedestrian Bridge” Fund 303, <br />Program 103, was established to provide for identified improvements. <br /> <br />B. The purpose of the project has been accomplished and there are neither outstanding obligations <br />to be paid nor uncollected revenues to be received. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> <br />Section 1. The special improvement project entitled “Grand Avenue Park Pedestrian Bridge” Fund <br />303, Program 103, as established by Ordinance No. 3696-19 be closed. <br /> <br />Section 2. The final expenses and revenues for the “Grand Avenue Park Pedestrian Bridge” Fund <br />303, Program 103 are as follows: <br /> <br /> <br /> A. Expense <br />Design and Construction $7,082,532 <br /> Total Expenses $7,082,532 <br /> <br /> B. Source of Funds <br /> Federal Grant $3,640,000 <br /> Port of Everett 300,000 <br /> Fund 154 – CIP 3 1,070,000 <br /> Fund 157 – Traffic Mitigation 2,072,532 <br /> Total Funds $7,082,532 <br /> <br />Section 3. There are no financial transactions remaining. <br /> <br />Section 4. The City Clerk and the codifiers of this Ordinance are authorized to make necessary <br />corrections to this Ordinance including, but not limited to, the correction of scrivener’s/clerical errors,
