SECTION II: SITE ASSESSMENT <br /> Based on the site reconnaissance and the available topography we have the following info: <br /> • Topography: The clearing area slopes steeply to the northeast. A wetland buffer is <br /> provided within the site. Refer to the grading plan for more details. <br /> • Drainage: The site contains one existing drainage that drains to the east of the site. <br /> • Soils: Per NRCS survey of Snohomish County, the project site contains Alderwood <br /> gravelly sandy loam, 0 to 8 percent slopes and Everett soil.
