Each vault is sized using the WWHM2072 program. <br /> Minimum Requirement#8:Wetlands Protection <br /> The requirements below apply only to projects whose stormwater discharges into a wetland, either <br /> directly or indirectly through a conveyance system. These requirements must be met in addition to <br /> meeting Minimum Requirement#6, Runoff Treatment. <br /> Response: No wetland will be impacted as part of this development. <br /> Minimum Requirement#9: Operation and Maintenance <br /> An operation and maintenance manual that is consistent with the provisions in Volume V of this manual <br /> shall be provided for all proposed stormwater facilities and BMPs, and the party (or parties) responsible <br /> for maintenance and operation shall be identified. At private facilities, a copy of the manual shall be <br /> retained onsite or within reasonable access to the site, and shall be transferred with the property to the <br /> new owner. For public facilities, a copy of the manual shall be retained in the appropriate department. A <br /> log of maintenance activity that indicates what actions were taken shall be kept and be available for <br /> inspection by the local government. <br /> Response: Operations and Maintenance checklists for the proposed storm drainage system facilities are <br /> included with the project Operations and Maintenance report, which has been submitted under separate <br /> cover as a standalone report. <br /> SEPTEMBER 23, 2022 STORMWATER DRAINAGE REPORT PAGE 7 <br />
