Each vault is sized using the WWHM2072 program. Minimum Requirement#8:Wetlands Protection The requirements below apply only to projects whose stormwater discharges into a wetland, either directly or indirectly through a conveyance system. These requirements must be met in addition to meeting Minimum Requirement#6, Runoff Treatment. Response: No wetland will be impacted as part of this development. Minimum Requirement#9: Operation and Maintenance An operation and maintenance manual that is consistent with the provisions in Volume V of this manual shall be provided for all proposed stormwater facilities and BMPs, and the party (or parties) responsible for maintenance and operation shall be identified. At private facilities, a copy of the manual shall be retained onsite or within reasonable access to the site, and shall be transferred with the property to the new owner. For public facilities, a copy of the manual shall be retained in the appropriate department. A log of maintenance activity that indicates what actions were taken shall be kept and be available for inspection by the local government. Response: Operations and Maintenance checklists for the proposed storm drainage system facilities are included with the project Operations and Maintenance report, which has been submitted under separate cover as a standalone report.
