Fire Pension Board Minutes <br />City Of Everett <br />September 18, 2024 <br />1 <br />The regular meeting of the Fire Pension Board was called to order at 9:30 a.m. on September 18, <br />2024. Board Members Neyens, Schwab, Vitalich, and Jorve were present. Board Member Franklin <br />was excused. Chelsi Bardwell, Human Resources; and Richard Gray, Finance were also present. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The minutes of the meeting of August 21, 2024, were approved. <br />BILLS AND PENSION ROLLS <br />PENSION ROLL <br />Budgeted Amount $720,000.00 <br />July 2024 $58,556.20 <br />Remaining budget $276,522.83 38.41% <br />MEDICAL CLAIMS <br />Budgeted amount $1,792,000.00 <br />July 2024 $79,428.45 <br />July 2024 HMA fees $14,088.48 <br />Remaining budget $901,852.44 50.33% <br />Moved by Vitalich, seconded by Schwab, to approve the pension rolls and medical claims as <br />presented. <br />Roll was called with all members voting yes, except Board Member Franklin who was excused. <br />Motion carried. <br />ACTION ITEM <br />Member #9 Request for reimbursement for GCM Sensor Dexcom (Diabetes Supply) in the <br />amount of $240. <br />Moved by Vitalich, seconded by Schwab, to approve the request for reimbursement for GCM <br />Sensor Dexcom (Diabetes Supply) in the amount of $240.
