Fire Pension Board Minutes <br />City Of Everett <br />September 18, 2024 <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all members voting yes, except Board Member Franklin who was excused. <br /> <br /> Motion carried. <br /> <br />Member #5 Request for reimbursement for crown and bridge replacement in the amount of <br />$1091. <br /> <br />Moved by Vitalich, seconded by Neyens, to approve the request for reimbursement for crown <br />and bridge replacement in the amount of $1091. <br /> <br />Roll was called with all members voting yes, except Board Member Franklin who was excused. <br /> <br /> Motion carried. <br /> <br />Member #81 Request for reimbursement for partial denture in the amount of $3,700. <br />Moved by Vitalich, seconded by Schwab, to approve the request for reimbursement for partial <br />denture in the amount of $1,500, at the max allowable rate. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all members voting yes, except Board Member Franklin who was excused. <br /> <br /> Motion carried. <br /> <br />OTHER: <br /> <br />Chelsi Bardwell, HR, state she would be providing language for a proposal to amend the long- <br />term care policy to address move in costs.
