The financial assistance provided in the Agreement is from <br /> the chemical dependency/mental health program fund(CDMH)of Snohomish County,a political <br /> subdivision of the State of Washington(the"County"), pursuant to RCW 82.14.460 and chapter <br /> 4.25 SCC. The financial assistance is for the "Project," which is an EGM emergency bridge <br /> housing facility at the Property to provide short term dwelling for homeless persons,along with <br /> coordination and access to substance use and mental health treatment and services,as further <br /> described in Exhibit 2 attached hereto. <br /> Covenant Page 1 <br />
