Required review will include <br /> Building,Land Use,Public Works and <br /> Shoreline permits and all necessary <br /> supporting documentation (e.g., <br /> critical area studies). By 1/ 2 1/13/2026—Once <br /> the Building, Public Works,and <br /> Shoreline permits are issued,restore <br /> the subject property,floodway,and <br /> critical area and/or buffer and gain <br /> final inspection approval from the <br /> City of Everett Building,Planning and <br /> Public Works Divisions. <br /> 2.
