December 11, 2024 <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />Discussion ensued with presenters answering Council questions. Council members requested the <br />following: detailed budgetary impacts, links to the website and studies, community outreach <br />regarding the costs and reason for the stadium, parking, water and sewer impacts, and working <br />with potential investors once a site is selected. <br /> <br />Mayor Franklin left at 8:45 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />ACTION ITEM: <br /> <br />COUNCIL BILL 2411-39 <br /> <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE approving the appropriations of the 2024 revised City of Everett Budget <br />and amending Ordinance 4046-24 <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member Rhyne, that this is declared to <br />be the third and final reading of Council Bill 2411-39. <br /> <br /> <br />The City Clerk was directed to call roll for the final disposition of the ordinance. <br /> <br /> AYES: Tuohy, Bader, Rhyne, Zarlingo, Vogeli, Fosse, Schwab <br /> NAYES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Ordinance 4056-24 adopted. <br /> <br />The meeting recessed for a break at 8:47 p.m. and reconvened at 8:56 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />BRIEFINGS: <br /> <br />COUNCIL BILL 2411-41 <br /> <br /> FIRST READING: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE establishing Everett utility rates for the 2025 through the 2028 Operating <br />Years <br /> Presented by Ryan Sass and Shaun Bridge, Public Works <br />
