When <br />constructed, this project will provide treatment for total suspended solids (TSS), oil (total petroleum hydrocarbons), <br />dissolved copper and zinc, and total phosphorus. <br />Project Long Description: <br />Under this agreement, the RECIPIENT will design pretreatment and treatment devices to treat stormwater runoff from <br />the Riverpoint area in the City of Everett before it enters Snohomish River. Land uses in the Riverpoint Area consist <br />mostly of light industrial and commercial operations. Untreated stormwater currently drains into a roadside ditch north of <br />Railway Avenue near Everett Avenue and flows into a 12-inch corrugated metal pipe that discharges to the Snohomish <br />River.
