Fire Pension Board Minutes <br />City Of Everett <br />December 18, 2024 <br />1 <br />The regular meeting of the Fire Pension Board was called to order at 9:30 a.m. on December 18, <br />2024. Board Members Neyens, Schwab, Vitalich, Franklin and Jorve were present. Alternate <br />Huglen, Chelsi Bardwell and Ana Mechler, Human Resources; David Hall, Board Attorney and <br />Richard Gray, Finance were also present. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The minutes of the meeting of September 18, 2024, were approved. <br />BILLS AND PENSION ROLLS <br />PENSION ROLL <br />Budgeted Amount $720,000.00 <br />August 2024 $58,556.20 <br />Remaining budget $217,966.63 30.27% <br />MEDICAL CLAIMS <br />Budgeted amount $1,792,000.00 <br />August 2024 $122,904.53 <br />August 2024 HMA fees $14,088.48 <br />Remaining budget $764,859.43 42.68% <br />PENSION ROLL <br />Budgeted Amount $720,000.00 <br />September 2024 $58,556.20 <br />Remaining budget $159,410.43 22.14% <br />MEDICAL CLAIMS <br />Budgeted amount $1,792,000.00 <br />September 2024 $84,275.69 <br />September 2024 HMA fees $14,088.48 <br />Remaining budget $666,495.26 37.19% <br />Moved by Vitalich, seconded by Jorve, to approve the pension rolls claims as presented. <br />Roll was called with all members voting yes.
