Request includes: <br />•$4,695.00 = Monthly fee for the studio (Room and Board) <br />•$1,600.00 = level 5 Care <br />•$3,500.00 = One time Community Fee <br />Moved by Vitalich, seconded by Franklin, to approve the request for Long Term Care/Assisting <br />Living in the amount of $4,695.00 Monthly fee for the studio (Room and Board) and $1,600.00 <br />level 5 care while tabling the $3,500.00 one-time Community Fee for further discussion at a <br />later meeting. <br />Roll was called with all members voting yes. <br />Motion carried.
