As used in this Notice, and in the contract resulting from this solicitation, the Covered 12 <br />Area is as designated herein. 13 <br /> 14 <br />Standard Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Construction Contract Specifications 15 <br />(Executive Order 11246) 16 <br /> 17 <br />1. As used in these specifications: 18 <br /> 19 <br />a. Covered Area means the geographical area described in the solicitation 20 <br />from which this contract resulted; 21 <br /> 22 <br />b. Director means Director, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, 23 <br />United States Department of Labor, or any person to whom the Director 24 <br />delegates authority; 25 <br /> 26 <br />c. Employer Identification Number means the Federal Social Security number 27 <br />used on the Employer's Quarterly Federal Tax Return, U. S. Treasury 28 <br />Department Form 941; 29 <br /> 30 <br />d.
