(Terracon) appreciates the opportunity to submit this proposal to <br />City of Everett (Client) to provide asbestos Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) air <br />sampling at the six-unit residential building located at 1211-1221 Hemlock Steet (project <br />area) in Everett, Washington. <br />Asbestos Consulting Services Time & Materials <br />Fee Estimate <br />Asbestos TEM Air Sampling, Analysis, and Report (includes items <br />outlined in Section 2.0)$4,850 <br />If this proposal meets with your approval, work may be initiated by returning a City of <br />Everett Purchase Order (PO) or other contract with mutually agreed to terms and conditions <br />to Christina.Anderson@terracon.com in our Mountlake Terrace, Washington office. The <br />terms, conditions, and limitations in the contract and sections of this proposal incorporated <br />therein, shall constitute the exclusive terms and conditions and services to be performed for <br />this project. <br />We appreciate the opportunity to provide this proposal and look forward to working with you <br />on the project.
