City Notice Parks and Facilities Department <br /> Address City of Everett <br /> 2930 Wetmore Ave <br /> Everett, WA 98201 <br /> Time Period Monthly Fee <br /> 2025 $5,000.00 <br /> 2026 $5,000.00 <br /> 2027 $5,150.00 <br /> 2028 $5,303.50 <br /> 2029 $5,463.64 <br /> Monthly Fee 2030 $5,627.54 <br /> 2031 $5,796.37 <br /> 2032 $5,970.26 <br /> 2033 $6,149.37 <br /> 2034 $6,333.85 <br /> 2035 $6,523.86 <br /> NWS must also pay leasehold excise tax, as set forth in <br /> Section 3 below. <br /> City will provide electricity, water, and gas for the Ballfield Property for an <br /> initial amount of $12,000/year, which will be paid by NWS to the City in <br /> monthly installments of $1,000/month effective January 1, 2025, and <br /> City-Provided which is in addition to the monthly fee. Beginning the January 1 after the <br /> Services to first year of completed Services (as defined in Exhibit B) after completion <br /> Ballfield Property of turf infields (as described in Exhibit C), this annual amount will be <br /> adjusted each year, with the intent that annual amount will cover the <br /> City's annual cost to provide electricity, water, and gas to the Ballfield <br /> Property. <br /> Exhibit A: Legal Description / Depiction of Ballfield Property <br /> Exhibit B: Standards for Operation and Management of Ballfield Property <br /> Exhibit C: NWS Initial Project <br /> Exhibits Exhibit D: Extension Term <br /> Exhibit E: City Owned Inventory List <br /> All exhibits and attachments to exhibits are incorporated into this <br /> Agreement. <br /> GENERAL PROVISIONS <br /> 1. BALLFIELD PROPERTY. The City licenses to NWS the Ballfield Property to manage and use <br /> as set forth in this Agreement and to provide the Services (as defined in Exhibit B). NWS <br /> has examined the Ballfield Property and is in all respects familiar with the Ballfield <br /> Property and the improvements in the Ballfield Property.
