• <br /> thereof , together with such other funds as the City, acting through <br /> 1 its proper officers, may see fit to transfer thereto ; and from said <br /> 2 Fund there shall be paid the entire cost of constructing, maintain- <br /> 3 <br /> ing, managing and operating said Public Market and the whole thereof , <br /> 4 specified nset forth this Ordinance, and the p ' rent s which <br /> as pec�.. i,.d and in y aY- <br /> 5 this Ordinance provides shall be made into the"Municipal Marl:et Rev- <br /> 6 <br /> enue Bond Fund" . - <br /> 7 <br /> 8 Section 7 : That a special election shall be and is hereby call <br /> 9 ed to be held in the City of Everett on the 25th day of May, 1920 , <br /> 10 <br /> in the various election precincts into which the City is divided, for <br /> 11 the purpose of voting thereat , by the qualified electors of sal d <br /> 12 City, upon the proposition of the ratification or rejection of the <br /> 13 system or plan in this Ordinance proposed, for the construction, <br /> 14 ownin , managing, maintaining, and operating of a Public riarket, and <br /> 15 for the issuance of bonds to provide for the payment therefor as in <br /> election - llbe held and conducted <br /> 16 this Ordinance proposed. Said s� a <br /> 17 as prescribed by law at the various voting places in said City of <br /> 18 <br /> Everett, and shall be conducted by the officers of election who shall <br /> 19 be designated and appointed as provided by law for holding and con- <br /> 20 <br /> ducting said election; and the City Clerk shall give at least ten <br /> 21 dayst notice of the time and place and the purpose of said election, <br /> 22 <br /> and of the proposition to be submitted to the qualified voters there- <br /> 23 at , and the form of ballots to be cast for or against the said propo- <br /> sition as provided in this Ordinance, in each issue of the City <br /> 24 <br /> official taper during a period of ten days . <br /> 25 ` <br /> 26 Section 8 : The system or plan proposed and the propositio n <br /> 27 submitted shall be voted upon in the following manner, to-wit : <br /> 28 Every voter at said election desiring to vote in favor of said <br /> 29 proposed system or plan and the issuance of the bonds mentioned and <br /> 30 described in Section 4 of this Ordinance, shall vote a ballot con- <br /> 31 twining the following statement of the said proposition, by placing a <br /> -7- <br />
