All of said bonds to bear date and be in such form as shall 2 hereafter be prescribed by the Council of the City of Everett , all 3 as provided in Ordinance No. 101 4 The two propositions as above set forth shall be printed on a 5 single sheet and opposite And to the right of each statement of the 6 propositions to be voted upon, there shall be printed a blank square, 7 within which the voter shall signify by making a cross (X) whether 8 he voted in favor of or against the propositions submitted. 9 Section 9 : If, at the election held as -orovided in this Ordin- 10 ance, a majority of the qualified voters of the City of Everett , 11 voting at said election upon the proposition hereinbefore in this 12 Ordinance set forth, shall vote in favor of said proposition, there- 13 upon the system or plan for the construction, owning, managing, main- 14 taming and operating of the Public Market herein described, as the 15 same is set out and described in Section 2 of this Ordinance, and tha 16 the City pay for the same by the issuance of bonds, as described here- 17 in, shall be and become adopted by the City of Everett . 18 19 Section 10 : That if said proposition, as hereinbefore set forth, 20 be adopted and ratified by the voters of the City of Everett , voting 21 at said election, the City Council of theCity of Everett is hereby 22 authorized and empowered to issue its Negotiable Coupon Revenue Lends 23 in the sum of $60,000.00, or so much thereof as may be necessary to 24 carry into effect the purposes of the system or plan hereinbefore 25 set out . 26 Section 11 : The money derived from the sale of bonds herein 27 authorized shall be drawn upon solely for the purpose of paying the 28 cost and expense of constructing the Public Market proposed by this 29 Ordinance, and of the cost and expense connected therewith; and the 30 31 -9-
