ORDINANCE NO. 1913 <br /> 1 <br /> An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and asses -- <br /> 2 ment roll of Local Improvement District No . 352, for the improvemen, <br /> 3 of the east side of Oakes Avenue, from the south curb line of 34th <br /> 4 street to connect with concrete wall: on the north side of 35th <br /> 5 street, and from the concrete walk on the south side of 35th street <br /> 6 to connect with the concrete walk north of 36th street; also the <br /> 7 west side of Oakes Avenue, from the south curb of 34th street to <br /> 8 connect with the concrete walk north of 35th street , by removal of <br /> 9 old lumber, grading to proper grade, construction of concrete walks <br /> 10 and doing all other work necessary, in connection therewith, to mak: <br /> 11 a complete improvement under Ordinance No . 1886 of the City of <br /> 12 Everett , levying an assessment against the several lots, tracts, <br /> 13 and parcels of land as shown on said roll , providing for the issu- <br /> 14 ance of bonds therefor, and fixing the date for the issuance there- <br /> 15 in. <br /> 16 THE CITY OF EVE+ ETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> 17 <br /> Section 1 : That the assessment and assessment roll of Local <br /> 18 <br /> Improvement District No . 352, for the improvement of the east side <br /> 19 <br /> of Oakes Avenue, from the south curb line of 34th street to connect <br /> 20 <br /> with the concrete walk on the north side of 35th street, and from <br /> 21 <br /> the concrete walk on the south side of 35th street to connect with <br /> 22 <br /> the concrete walk north of 36th street ; also the west side of Oakes <br /> 23 <br /> Avenue from the south curb of 34th stree t to connect with concrete <br /> 24 <br /> walk north of 37th street , by removal of old lumber, grading to <br /> 25 <br /> proper grade, construction of concrete walks and doing all other <br /> 26 <br /> work necessary, in connection therewith, to make a complete improve- <br /> 27 <br /> ment under ordinance No . 1886 as the same now stands, be, and the <br /> 28 <br /> same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. <br /> 29 <br /> 30 Section 2 : That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land <br /> 31 or other property shown on said roll , is hereby declared to be <br /> specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount <br />
