• ORDINA1?CE NO. -.. 5 12 2+ 1 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assess 2 .351 ment roll of Local Improvement District No . 3'4 for the improvement 3 of Rucker Avenue from the north line of 42nd Street to the north lin 4 of 43rd Street , by grading to proper grade, clearing and grubbing, 5 construction of concrete sidewalks except on heavy fills, construe- 6 tion of plank walks , where concrete walks are not advisable, con- 7 struction of curbs and gutters, installation of necessary drainage 8 and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement 9 under ordinance No . 1885, of the City of Everett, levying an assess- 10 ment against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown 11 on said roll; providing for the issuance of bonds therefor, and 12 fixing the date for the issuance therein. 13 14 THE CITY OF a+;ETT DOES ORDAIN: 15 Section 1 : That the assessment and assessment roll of Local 16 Improvement District No. 351, for the improvement of Rucker Avenue, 17 from the north line of 42nd Stree t to the north line of 43rd Street, 18 by grading to proper grade, clearing and grubbing, construction of 19 concrete sidewalks , except on heavy fills, construction of plank 20 walks, where concrete walks are not advisable, construction of curbs 21 and gutters, installation of necessary drainage, and doing all other 22 work necessary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No . 23 1885 as the same now stands be, and the same is hereby in all things 24 approved and confirmed. 25 26 Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land, 27 or other property shown on said rQ)4 is hereby declared to be spec- 28 ially benefitted by said improvement, in at least the amount charged 29 against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same 30 is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said lets 31 roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot,
