Section 2 : So: thP I',U-'f0S of this ordinanse any -person who shall engage in the business of storing for hire any attomobile and every person who shall he engaged in the bissineqs of buying and sellin.g automobiles , cr who shall take the same in trade with intent to re-sell the same shall be deemed to be a garae keeper. Section 3 : Any person desiring to secure a license for the business herein named shall first make application to the Commissioner of Safety of 7vesett , describing the premises by street number hese --sssh business is to be cssried on and furnish such other inforration as such Cosmissioner of Safety may require , who if satisfied that a license should be issued to the applicant shall give hie written con- sent addressed to the Cit- Clerk permitting the granting of such license . _ Section 4: All licenses granted under this ordinance shall expire -on Fecember 3lst of each year. Section 5 : All such licenses shall be revocable for violation of any ordinance relstinc-, to said business and shall oontaina pro- vision making them revocable by the City Council , and without in any manner preuenting said. city from enforcing penalties against said dealer. Section 6: No person shall engage in any such business in more than one paoce or maintain more than one such garage within the City by virtue of one license , except that any licensed garage keeper may have additional storage rooms within the city, but such storage rooms shall in all cases be operated from the office of and as a part of the main place of 'flieinees of such garage keeper, -7 -
