Houses and Mobile Homes on private property:

A. Services provided by the Home Repair Program may include plumbing repairs, furnace
repairs or replacement, roof patching, window replacement, carpentry, grab bars,
door locks, smoke alarms, accessibility modifications and other health and safety
related home repairs. For clients who
do not qualify for CHIP, with City of Everett pre-approval, additional work may be
done by the Home Repair Program up to $3,000.00 per year, for a total of no more
than $8,000.00 total project funds per year. This amount may be increased with
review and approval by the City of Everett after review of the safety needs of the
home.

II.
