PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE <br />Commerce reserves the right to extend this contract for up to two contract years. All amendments <br />under this contract are subject to funding availability for the given contract period. If state funding <br />under the Climate Commitment Act is not continued, COMMERCE, at its sole discretion, may amend <br />the contract to transfer the scope of work into funds that will facilitate the partial or full completion of <br />the contract. <br /> <br />9. ORDER OF PRECEDENCE <br />In the event of an inconsistency in this Grant, the inconsistency shall be resolved by giving <br />precedence in the following order: <br />• Applicable federal and state of Washington statutes and regulations <br />• Special Terms and Conditions <br />• General Terms and Conditions <br />• Attachment A – Scope of Work <br />• Attachment B – Budget <br />• Add any other attachments incorporated by reference from the Face Sheet listed within <br />order of attached. <br />
