The first set of deliverables aligns with the <br />2023-2025 biennium and includes deliverables that will be completed prior to June 30, <br />2025. <br />The second set of deliverables aligns with the 2025-2027 biennium and includes <br />deliverables that will be completed prior to June 30, 2027. <br />Deliverable Description Commerce Grant <br />Funds <br />1 Summary report on documented best available <br />science, salmon recovery planning documents, <br />and best practices, recommendations, and <br />guidance for stream and wetland protection and <br />restoration and salmon recovery. <br />$25,000 <br />2 Memorandum with recommended revisions that <br />can be incorporated as an amendment to the <br />comprehensive plan and development regulation <br />periodic update prior to its adoption by the city <br />council. <br />$5,000 <br />3 Final report with (a) recommended updates to city <br />policies, regulations, and administrative practices <br />to reflect best available science, salmon recovery <br />plans, and best practices identified in Deliverable <br />1; (b) draft updates to Everett Municipal Code in <br />legislative format; and (c) a threshold <br />determination under the State Environmental <br />Policy Act for Deliverable 3(b). <br />$40,000 <br />2023-2025 Biennium $75,000 <br /> <br />The following deliverables may be included through a contract extension based on <br />funding availability in the 2025-2027 state biennial budget. <br />Deliverable Description Commerce Grant <br />Funds <br />4 Summary report on documented best practices, <br />recommendations, and guidance for low impact <br />development techniques. <br />$20,000 <br />5 Low impact development gap analysis report. $30,000 <br />6 Low impact development public comment <br />summary report <br />$10,000
