The plans should show that the minimum net free <br /> ventilating area is 1/150 of the area of the vented attic space unless the exceptions are met, <br /> however the Climate Zone exception is not met as Everett is in Climate Zone 4. IRC R806.2 and <br /> WSEC R301.1. <br /> This review has been performed for general compliance with the building codes as adopted and <br /> amended by the state of Washington and the city of Everett. Corrections and comments made <br /> during the review process do not relieve the project from compliance with code and permit <br /> requirements.
