(HWA) is pleased to present this proposed scope and <br />budget for geotechnical services associated with the Riverpoint Outfall Replacement Project in <br />Everett, Washington. This scope of work is based on our understanding of the project and our <br />conversations with the City. <br />GEOTECHNICAL SERVICES SCOPE <br />The proposed work will include the following tasks: <br />PROJECT MANAGEMENT: <br />• Project Setup: HWA will initiate the project and set up billing information in support of <br />invoicing throughout the project. <br />• Project Management: HWA will provide project management including <br />communications and coordination with the design team. HWA will provide task <br />management to all geotechnical related aspects of the project. HWA will correspond <br />with the design team in the form of meetings, emails, and telephone calls, as necessary. <br />• Invoice Generation and Processing: HWA will prepare monthly invoices, and progress <br />reports for the duration of the design phase of the project. <br />• Design Team Coordination Meetings: HWA will attend up to two (2) meetings, each 1 <br />hour in duration. Up to two geotechnical Consultant staff will attend each coordination <br />meeting. <br />
