Category 2:Sensitive information <br /> Detailed Scope of Work: <br /> 1.Site Preparation and Excavation: *NOTE*-Jireh to Call 811 Prior to any Excavation for utilities locate <br /> (gas, water, elect., sewer, side sewer, cable/phone, etc.) *NOTE*-Owner is responsible for moving any <br /> identified utilities as required. -Demo, remove and dispose of approx. 100 Sq. Ft. of grass landscaping as <br /> identified in attached images in efforts to enlarge new driveway area. Excavation: -Excavate as needed <br /> to achieve required depth of 5" to 7" max for proper concrete base installation, ensuring bottom grade <br /> is level. (Re-use some of the existing gravel as applicable) -Remove from site and dispose of excavated <br /> materials at appropriate facility, paying all disposal fees. 2.Formwork: -Create all formwork for desired <br /> driveway addition (Approx. 500 Sq. Ft. using wooden or metal materials to contain the concrete. -Ensure <br /> all concrete formwork is properly aligned, securely braced, at desired slope/grade. 3.Subbase: - <br /> Purchase and install new 5/8 minus gravel base 2"to 3"thick. -Compact sub-base using appropriate <br /> machinery. 4.Reinforcement: -Purchase and install new reinforcing steel (Rebar#3) within the form to <br /> enhance the strength of the concrete. S.Pouring Concrete: -Jireh will provide and pour new 4000 PSI <br /> concrete up to 4" into the formwork at applicable locations. Using a concrete truck chute concrete will <br /> be transported by the applicable way and with applicable tools to distributed concrete evenly. <br /> 61eveling and Screeding: -As required, new concrete surface will be screeded to achieve a smooth,flat <br /> surface. 7.Slope: -Slope will be adequate to direct proper waterflow away from foundation 8.Finishing: <br /> -Finish of the surface to be exposed aggregate to best blend with existing. Edges can be rounded <br /> 9.Curing: -Recommended 48-72 hours of no pedestrian traffic. - *Note-Allow the concrete to cure <br /> recommended timeline.This may involve covering it with wet burlap or using curing compounds. - <br /> Concrete is fully cured in 28 Days. 10.Backfill: - Backfill and adjacent landscaping to be performed by <br /> Owners. 11.Project Completion: -Jireh to haul away all debris and leave site in "Broom Clean" condition. <br /> 12.Project Duration and Notes: -Project timeline: 1-2 days-Parking available: Available, residential <br /> street. AND New Concrete Stairs & Landing Pad Area Details: *Landing Pad at top of Stairs Stairs: 42" W <br /> x 36" L X 4" H (Approx. 13.5 Sq. Ft.) Stair Area: 3' Feet Long x 3.5' Feet Wide (Approx. 13.5 Sq. Ft.)Stair <br /> Details: 3 Steps w/7.5" Risers and 12" Treads * Remove existing rock retaining wall at new stair area: <br /> Excavate up to 24" of rock and dirt, * Haul away, * Pay dump fees, * Install new gravel base 2"-3" thick, <br /> * Compact gravel using plate compactor, * Set forms for new concrete steps, * Reinforce base with#3 <br /> rebar, * Supply and pour concrete 4"thick commercial grade 4000 PSI concrete. *Edges to be rounded <br /> and broom finish.
