The southern pot to be just north of a line parallel with property. Currently a new fence terminates at the property corner approximately identified by yellow dot in picture. Likely we will plant a combination of small seasonal flowers and some evergreen plants (no big bushes or trees). We would like to plant seasonal flowers in the area between the sidewalk and street around the shrubs (currently ceanothus) and tree. Possibly replace the ceanothus (circled in red)with azaleas or other small growing shrubs (no trees or big shrubs—hinder visibility).
