Freestanding signs (e.g., monument signs) are required to provide setbacks in accordance with Table <br /> 36-2 of EMC 19.34.040. Please identify the setbacks on the site plan. <br /> • Landscaping. Freestanding signs are required to provide a protective island around the sign base in accordance <br /> with EMC 19.36.050(A)(3). Please depict the required protective islands and landscaping for each freestanding <br /> sign.A landscape inspection will be required; please contact me (ytran@everettwa.gov) or <br /> Planning@everettwa.gov to schedule a landscape inspection once the landscaping has been implanted. <br /> Resubmittal instructions for online applications are outlined here.
