Disposal plan for: Project 2923 Rucker Ave, Everett, WA <br /> RE: DECOMMISSION TWO, 300 GALLON BELOW GROUND <br /> HEATING OIL USTs, by removal. <br /> Both tanks contain a combination of oily water, with bunker C residual. Chlor-D-Tect testing <br /> was done on the tank contents, for local disposal requirements.
