I will set aside the materials that are <br /> already submitted until the remaining materials are dropped off at our office on 3200 Cedar Street. If you have any <br /> difficulties or questions, please feel free to reach out to me,the Planner On-Duty(Planning@everettwa.gov or <br /> 425.257.8731) or our permit technicians(PermitServicesPeverettwa.gov or 425.257.8810). <br /> Helpful Tips: <br /> • Microsoft Edge is the preferred browsers for utilizing the Online Permitting Portal. <br /> • To avoid delays in processing, after submitting your application double check that all your attachments saved <br /> correctly.You can do so by viewing"My Dashboard" and selecting the paper clip symbol for your active project. <br /> Additional attachments can be uploaded there as needed. <br /> • For reference, payment is not due at time of application—please do not submit payment until instructed to do <br /> so by Staff <br /> Note:these requirements are only in relation to the land use code and do not account for all possible requirements from other <br /> departments.
