We can utilize the plan set and site plan copies that were submitted with the ADU application,so only 1 more plan set will need to be dropped off along with any applicable engineering calculations. I will set aside the materials that are already submitted until the remaining materials are dropped off at our office on 3200 Cedar Street. Helpful Tips: • Microsoft Edge is the preferred browsers for utilizing the Online Permitting Portal. • To avoid delays in processing, after submitting your application double check that all your attachments saved correctly.You can do so by viewing"My Dashboard" and selecting the paper clip symbol for your active project. Additional attachments can be uploaded there as needed. • For reference, payment is not due at time of application—please do not submit payment until instructed to do so by Staff Note:these requirements are only in relation to the land use code and do not account for all possible requirements from other departments.
