Planning has already approved these permits and other reviewers have the permit in their review queue. If you would like to follow along with each discipline's review status, you can do so via the Online Permitting Portal at https://onlinepermits.everettwa.gov. Please log in to your account or create one if you don't have one already, click Link to Permit to add this permit application to your dashboard,then click on the permit and the Reviews tab within. Below is a Status Key for discipline-specific review statuses: • IN LINE FOR REVIEW: In general, permits are reviewed in the order received. Reviewers are diligently working through the review queue to provide a complete and thorough review in a timely manner(see current timeline listed above for an estimate based on your submittal/resubmittal date).Your patience is appreciated while we work through the reviews. • UNDER REVIEW:The reviewer has pulled the permit file and is actively reviewing the permit. They will reach out if they have any questions during their review and will provide response immediately upon completion of their review. • CORRECTION LETTER:The reviewer has reviewed your permit application and has sent a correction letter to the contact listed on the permit application. It is in the applicant's court to pick up any corrections, respond to the correction letter, and resubmit following the resubmittal instructions.The applicant may receive separate correction letters from each review discipline. It may not be necessary to wait for all correction letters prior to resubmittal if the scopes are separate (ex. Public Works Reviewer to review site work outside of the building, Building Reviewer to review building plans, separate reviews and resubmittals are okay). • APPROVED:The particular review discipline listed has approved their scope of the permit review. Other review disciplines may still have the application under review or in their review queue.The permit is not Approved until the overall main status says APPROVED and the applicant has received an email from the Permit Technicians stating that the permit is approved with instructions for next steps for payment and issuance. Please note that Inspections cannot be requested or scheduled and work on-site cannot commence until your permit has been issued.
