Task 1: Describe the project during construction Nature and purpose of the construction project: The proposed project includes the widening of the entrance to Fairway Estates MHC, vehicle entry and exit gates including opening mechanisms and entry call box, pedestrian gate, feature wall and columns, and entry signage. Adjacent areas,including streams,lakes,wetlands,residential areas,and roadsthat might be affected by the construction project: No impacts are expected to adjacent areas. How upstream drainage areas may affect the site: Upstream drainage will remain unchanged and will continue to be collected and piped to the existing east-west storm drain along 100th St SW. Downstream drainage leading from the site to a receiving body of water: The existing piped system to which our project connects, flows along 100th St SW to a ditch on the south side of the road that continues the stormwater flow to Swamp Creek about 330' to the west of the site. Critical areas that receive runoff from the site up to one-quarter mile away: We do not believe there will be any stormwater related issues to any critical areas within 1/4 mile of the downstream system. All stormwater on the site is proposed to be collected and treated in Contech catch basin to be sent off site through existing storm drainage lines. Special requirements and provisions for working near or within critical areas: None. Areas on the site that have potential erosion problems: None Locations where surface water leaves the site: Stormwater is picked up by a catch basin at the southwest corner of the site along 100th St SW. This catch basin is piped to an existing catch basin and flows off-site in an existing piped system located east-west along 100th St SW.
