DESCRIPTION <br /> The Viking Easy Riser° Swing Check Valve is a general purpose rubber-faced <br /> check valve approved for use in fire service systems. The valve is for use in wet <br /> system risers, preaction system risers and wherever a check valve with a drain <br /> connection and gauge connections can be utilized. When used with a flow switch 0s506,,, <br /> on wet pipe systems not requiring a mechanical alarm, the Easy Riser° Swing <br /> Check Valve may replace an alarm check valve. <br /> 1-A Features <br /> 1. Ductile iron body for less weight and extra strength. <br /> 2. Rated to 300 psi (20.7 bar)water working pressure. <br /> 3. Rubber-faced clapper hinged to access cover for quick removal and easy <br /> servicing. All moving parts can be serviced without removing the valve <br /> from the installed position. <br /> 4. With the cover/clapper assembly removed, clapper rubber replacement <br /> requires removal of only one screw. <br /> 5.
