Type of construction of VB and Occupancy Group of R-2 are <br /> located on sheet 1 of 3. <br /> 2. Framing plans and details for new floor/ceiling construction <br /> First Floor/Ceiling Plan — Revision 1, Second Floor/Ceiling Plan <br /> are indicated with Details 1A, 1B, 2A & 2B, located on Sheet 3 of <br /> 3. <br /> 3. See Detail 4, Sheet 3 of 3 for 1 hr. rated wall detail. <br /> 4. See Detail 4, Sheet 3 of 3 indicating a STC rating of 50. <br /> 5. In response to no recorded building permit for stairway leading up <br /> to Unit 7. A new door #30 and existing stair enclosure will be <br /> added, to eliminate occupancy to this portion of the structure. Unit <br /> 7 is now designated as attic space. All plumbing and electrical <br /> fixtures to be abandon and removed. See Second Floor Building-1, <br /> on Sheet 3 of 3. Refer to floor joist and door header calc's. <br /> attached. <br />
