• <br /> 7. Floor plan with new wall and Door # G is indicated at the sleeping <br /> area of A & B - Building 1. This new wall provides for more than <br /> the 7' min. length requirement for a habitable room. <br /> 8. Sleeping unit "D" of Building 1 was not drawn correctly. The <br /> floor plan has been corrected and now meets the 7' min. length <br /> requirement for habitable rooms. <br /> 9. The existing basement area of Building 1 has been designated as the <br /> building's mechanical area. The existing 75 gal. water heater will <br /> be replaced with a new 75 gal. water heater. An additional new <br /> water heater will be added in tandem to supply adequate hot water <br /> to all units. <br /> 10. See floor plans Sheet 2 of 3 for existing heating units. <br /> 11. See floor plans Sheet 2 of 3 for existing electrical receptacle <br /> locations. New bath rooms of Units 3 and 6 will have ground fault <br /> circuit protection. <br /> 12. Luminaries of existing living areas, bathrooms and kitchens have <br /> been indicated on floor plans, see Sheet 2 of 3. <br /> 13. In dwelling units that have existing flexible cords for permanent <br /> wiring shall be replaced with permanent wiring for electrical <br /> components, wired in accordance with NFPA 70. Electrical permit <br /> must be acquired for this work. <br /> 14.
