This comment has not been completely addressed. The drawings indicate <br /> the added exterior Stairway, but does not appear to have framing details <br /> included with the drawing set. Per IBC 2015 Table 1607.1,stairways are to be <br /> designed to a design live load of 100 psf as well as handrails and guardrails are <br /> to meet the loading requirements of IBC 1607.8.1. Please verify with design <br /> calculations and provide framing details to the stairway's construction including <br /> guardrails and handrails per IBC 1011. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary <br /> to provide the Building Division with two new sets of revised construction <br /> documents reflecting the corrections requested. Please include a response <br /> letter indicating how the corrections were resolved. <br /> All codes cited refer to the 2015 International Property Maintenance Code <br /> (IPMC), 2015 International Building Code (IBC), 2015 International Existing <br /> PERMIT SERVICES Building Code (IEBC),the 2015 International Fire Code (IFC),the 2015 <br /> International Mechanical Code (IMC), and/or the 2015 Washington State Energy <br /> ® <br /> 3200 Cedar Street Code (WSEC),as amended by the State of Washington and adopted by the City <br /> Everett,WA 98201 of Everett. The current IBC referenced standard for accessible design is the <br /> 2009 "Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities" (ICC/ANSI A117.1).
