Please dimension on the floor plan. <br /> Structural <br /> 2. This project is reviewed under IRC (WAC) prescriptive structural requirement. Ridge beam <br /> shall be supported by post or studs. However, the window opening on the east elevation <br /> deviates from the prescriptive structural design. Please provide structural calculations for <br /> this deviation. <br /> 3. Per IRC 102.7, Additions, alterations or repairs and relocations shall not cause an existing <br /> structure to become unsafe or adversely affect the performance of the building. Without <br /> detailed information about the existing foundation, I was not able to make best judgement. <br /> Please provide detail section of existing foundation. Or provide structural calculation. <br /> 4. 3 1/2"x 18"GLB does not conform to the prescriptive structural design specified in IRC <br /> (WAC), please provide structural calculation accordingly. <br /> 5. Please provide fastening schedule per IRC 602.3(1). <br /> This review has been performed for general compliance with the building codes as adopted and <br /> amended by the state of Washington and the city of Everett. Corrections and comments made <br /> during the review process do not relieve the project from compliance with code and permit <br /> requirements.
